Valet parking seemed optional, despite its supposed purpose. I had to practically beg someone to take my car. also, the hotel is showing its age a bit. the furniture looked like it had seen better days, a real pity.

I was pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and their attention to detail. The service was very aligned with my standards. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh choices. Keith and Rajiv were really good (I am very grateful for their help).

i found the breakfast excellent with many fresh options available. staff members helped me daily with directions and were always pleasant. i enjoyed views of the city from my immaculate room.
the pool area needed better attention, and i noticed several missing tiles along the pool's edge which felt a bit unsafe.

The hotel definitely shows its age. I booked a room and noted the decor felt dated. A lack of attention to detail was apparent and some fixtures looked worn. I was also not happy with the attentiveness of some staff members in certain areas. Responses to requests were slow.

The staff was lovely and so helpful. i especially remember khodarahm, the doorman. He was so kind. the hotel felt warm and elegant, a romantic atmosphere. our room had the most beautiful views of the burj khalifa skyline, a view especially magical at night.
when i arrived at the pool, i was guided to a lounge chair, and i left my things there. after a bit, i saw someone moved my things to another chair without asking first. when i asked security about it, the bar manager seemed upset because i wanted to know what happened.

the location offered convenient access. the staff was polite and generally helpful. the free valet parking was efficient... these services certainly added value to my experience.
my room looked somewhat outdated. the carpet seemed worn, and the furniture showed signs of use. the pool area was a bit crowded during peak hours. finding a vacant lounge chair sometimes became difficult.
