My stay at Shangri-La Dubai was wonderful overall. The early check-in and room upgrade to the Horizon Club made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed the spacious room with a sea view, while the staff's friendliness and attentiveness were excellent. However, I did face some issues with the sauna area being overcrowded, which impacted my relaxation time slightly.
